I cleared everything and i tried logging out and back in....also i do use firefox and have never had an issue like this.
I click on on ad to view and instead of going to the ad it goes to another page with new ads ..it does this over and over...
i noticed other people with the same issue and i did all the things you said to do and still the Paid to Click section is not working correctly....
hope it gets fixed soon...
Thanks admin for any advice....

We've now updated the page to remove ads after they have been clicked. Please let us know if this helps.

All the complaints are from members using Firefox.
It doesn't happen to me, and I view ads with Chrome not Firefox.
Try Chrome browser.

I use other PTC sites on firefox and i have no problem getting to the ads. Just seems strange that the browser could be the problem when other PTC sites work ....
But maybe i should try chrome in case the issue continues...
I appreciate your quick replies and advice....thanks

We've tested all the ads successfully with Firefox, so it must be some other issue.

I use Firefox, like I have done for many years, and it works perfectly for me.

I tried both firefox and chrome, both do not work. Click on the ad and it disappears without opening to new tab to view ad. Pls resolve this asap

Are any of you having similar problems with other sites?
That would narrow it down to a code problem or a computer problem.

What type of device are you using?
Android tablet, android phone, iphone, ipad, Windows 7, 8 or 10, or Mac?
What screen size do you have?

managed to click one green ad. the blue ones just disappear after clicking but does not open on new tab. If you refresh page, the blue ads are there again. I am on desk tap computer, using Windows 8.
