Are you running any firewall / online protection software?

If so, please temporarily disable it and try again.

You only need to start a capture, click the link and then stop the capture, since all your network traffic would continue to be captured otherwise.

I installed my copy of Wireshark quite some time ago, so it may look different to newer versions (I do not use it that much, so I have not updated it) and also our operating systems could be different because I am using macOS Sierra.

Click the magnifying glass and use the same search type and phrase.

"wordlinx.com", which should be found once in the list of packets.

Go to cnet.com. A FREE program will remove all history from your computer not just your browser. Ccleaner.
It will save your logins if you select the ones you want to save.
Run with everything closed.  This will delete your computers memory of accessing wordlinx, not just a browsers.

It has always worked for me, and keeps leftover files off your computer.

Did you select the same search type as I mentioned earlier? "String" and "Packet details" have to be selected just like in the screenshot, then you can search for "wordlinx.com".

Then it looks like that your computer did not reach the WordLinx server.

I am currently busy moving to a new house, so I cannot help you further today. Hopefully in 1-2 days.
